    I have “only” spent about $17k on courses and went to one seminar that was like a live infomercial…I have thrown out all of them but am working with Marko’s. Hope to have a deal soon. Thanks for the raw truth.

    Marko too bad I did not meet you 3yrs ago before I spent all the money on other gurus, I thought their systems would work it was a waste of time and money. Your system and technique makes sense I know because I have been reading about other gurus teachings. One guru says a good negotiation technique is to ” shut up & listen to the sellers” Are you suppose to listen any ways? Never says negotiate in smaller number like you do.
    You are very specific in your teaching this works for me.

    Hi Marko,
    I love your tips, I love your approach, I love your honesty and I love your accent. Mine is very similar, since I came from Hungary.
    Unfortunately, I already spent a lot (a lot) on RE courses, but up to day, I haven’t mad a dime. Now I work even harder to be able to pay the bills.
    I wish I meat you before!
    I’m wondering is it possible to do it from Canada?
