I have been to other seminars and have learned a lot but was never taught “exactly” what to do or how to do it. They seemed more about selling me more programs than teaching me about making money in real estate. I even had thought they must make more on selling the programs than they do in real estate. I would ask the hardcore sales people if they had been through the programs or if they were investors themselves. Most were not. I looking to learn and make money in real estate “not just buy programs”. I’m hoping that what this is I like that this program seems to have a different method than the others.

I used your video on submitting proposal to private lender. We put an offer in on a house and they countered and we are negotiating.
My question to you, abviously I like you educational approach.
You walk students through your program. You are the only one I know of who does that. I used to sell Real Estate for century 21 right befor the market crashed. tried to wholesale programs more hype then substance. I never made any money and they did not care after they had my money.
I live in Hawaii The property I am negoiating is in Alabama. Would I benefit from your program licing in Hawaii

Thanks so much for your true knowledge for trying to teach your students. I’ve learned so much from this program how to make real money. I’m waiting for the package which I ordered & exciting to start by using your techniques. I’ve never thought about being a bank myself until you showed the example how to do it. This video is very helpful because it shows the type of method is being use.
The more I see the more I like this system. I tried flipping and renting. These strategies are are the long way (LONG, LONG) way not the short way. And he is right about the pen and the hammer. I can’t wait for my kit to arrive so I can get started. My kit is on the way and I am studying at the website. I haven’t been this excited about my future in years, especially after the thousands I’ve wasted on guru hyped up programs.
