Asking price started at $249.now at 215….They accepted cash deal for 185, through agent in which the funding fell through. With our nework sheet I think the money they would receive through an agent would be $153. We have exceptional details. A seasoned negotiator like you Marko could probably do this on the phone. Senior mother moved 1 hr away with daughter who responded to a letter. Special report has been sent & appointment made for Friday. Help!
