Some thoughts to think about in preparation for your webinar…
Hi! It’s Marko Rubel again, and we are starting to spend a lot of time together. And hopefully for you it’s beginning to feel like the start of something good, but even more important, something real.
I hope you had a chance to watch the tips I’ve been sending to you… if you haven’t yet you can see them right here on this page… you should watch them because I tried to keep them short and they will help you be more successful in this business…
Today instead of a tip I have a very short message that may surprise or even disappoint some of you… ready?
REI is not a get rich quick business… as a matter of fact, I don’t know about any business that’s get rich overnight, maybe get poor overnight but not get rich overnight…
The webinar that we have tomorrow will not be about get rich quick! It’s not going to be about hype. Are you ok with that?
I gotta tell you something… nowadays there is hype everywhere, just open your email box, turn on your TV, or surf the Internet, and you are likely to be hit right between the eyes with the latest hype on how to get-rich-quick.
How many emails do you get every day from different gurus?
You have seen it; get-rich-quick with this system, get-rich-quick with that top secret tactic, or get-rich-quick with the latest scheme of the month that’s being exploited by every guru.
And you know what, you are absolutely right to be skeptical of all those over-the-top claims, because as you have undoubtedly suspected or even worse, experienced, all of these get-rich-quick schemes are merely empty promises designed to separate you from your money.
So let me ask you a question, are you ready to go beyond the hype?
Are you serious about building a business that really builds you wealth?
And would you like to know how you can grow your Real Estate business and become a millionaire in the process? Not overnight, but surely, systematically, and safely, in a step-by-step fashion. A plan that has you put one foot in front of another until your business builds all the momentum it needs to keep going and growing with or without you.

Yes, I am skeptical. I live in Polk County Florida, trying to do a real estate business. In your program you are talking about properties with some equity. Here in Florida there are few properties with some equity on the market. I have listing from the Central and Costal areas and Orlando area and from realtors which accounts 100 thousands home, all without equity or in foreclosure. In Florida to do Subject To purchase on property in default is prohibited by law. That means you have do deal with Short Sales or REOs. For me, short sale is out of question. It takes to long time and I need cash flow in short time. For REOs I even right now do not have cash for nonrefundable deposit after loosing some money. Where I can put your program in my situation? I can find profitable auctions but I do not have money for that ether and I do not have a name to partner with cash buyers.
Just knowledge and honesty doesn’t help to get up form the ground.

Hello Marko,I have been I real estate for 20 years and have heard all the tricks but you have a good system hear.The only problem is people will not trust other people to help them right now because they where scammed once or twice.Also they are not willing to wait a year or two to sell the home and hope I pay this mortgage or the new home owners pay it.Tell me how to fix this problem.Thank you.

Marko; As a real estate investor, I agree 100% about all the “grus” out in this market. You haven given great insight; however, most of it seems to be in the form of testimonials!! Would really like to see and understnad “the system,” perhaps “walk hand and hand” with you through an actua; “offer;” without having to put up monies. Please understand that I am fully aware that “it takes money to make money;” yet EVERYONE SEEMS TO SAY YOU DON”T NEED MONEY!!! Can you prove this or not (ok $10 I can afford)?? Where can these deals actual be found (specifics)? Thank you for your insight and hope that a rewarding relationship can be established,
Confirming real life example – I just had the same conversation with a seller who is in the Military. Has a security clearance, doesn’t want to consider short-sale. Because he is afraid of his military status. I don’t believe that he is behind on payments, he just needs/wants to get out, but can’t find a buyer. I look forward to tomorrow’s webinar!!

I myself am a little skeptical about finding equity homes in Central Fl.I am sure there here, But how much shoveling will you need to do. I all ready work with realtor and have Targeted Zips with most Sales in Areas. Send Letters now, Canvass on foot.Do not target Forclosures or Shorts. Usally out of town owners or Investment Homes. Would Love to bring N2W in Tool Box if It’s Legal and works. I am looking forward to Webinar

hi marko yes i am skepital i heard all these real estate business want money i have already spent thousands i do not have and i have been trying to get my business going now for 8 months now and still have not live in maine and nothing working for me have no job for 2 1.2 years now no money or credit and i really need some income im losing everything. so i cant pay for anymore of these get rich schemes.

Cameron Dunlap. I have paid them thousands of dollars and i still have not get the results i am looking for….

I am new to real estate.
1) Why would anybody want to talk to me?
2) What if people ask me how long I have been in the business?
3) How so I stand out, or separate myself from all of the other so called real estate people out there?
4) What if they want to see proof of funds if I need money to do the deal?
tip #4 . It was short but I enjoyed it. I’ll be ready for tip # 5. I’m also ready to get into the program.
I have heard of some of these strategies in one of the training classes I took, but they were not discussed very much unless you stepped up to a very high dollar training package of about $30,000. I cant wait to hear what you have to say.

Well, I been on REI for 10 months and I am really looking forward to learn about your strategy and tools of unlimited funds. The median house here in my local area is 145K. Many opportunities but hard to find cash buyers. I have a system and work with other REI to make deals but nothing close to what Mr. Rubio system is showing on videos. Looking forward to learn something new and hopefully its the beginning of new and improve REI for me. Knowledge is powerful!!!
